Very difficult to reserve online, their website doesn’t work or update the newest information. The tour buss doesn’t have a working bathroom, also the seat doesn’t move back. Anyways you get what do you pay for . Overall a long ride a..round 9.5 hours to see the Antelope canyon spend 1 hour and horseshoe bend 1 hourRead full review
Read full review

What a wonderful place to see, the staff at the check in office and the tour guide was awesome. He gave us a lot of native history about the canyon, and helped in taking some awesome pictures.
Very expensive & very crowded, we already paid tickets for 75 dollar per person, then you have to pay 10 dollar per person just for waiting in the waiting Area.. very weird, then the guides constantly tell you you have to Hurry (not their f..ault, it’s just crowded)... because of this we couldn’t make the photo’s we wanted to make. Stil it was very beautiful, but also a bit dissapointing especially because the price couldn’t meet the Quality. Also we had to check in 90 minutes before the time you booked, this was a Very long unnecessary wait.Read full review
Dennis, our tour guide gave excellent service. He is very good at his job and very proficient in both english & mandarin guide on the sites we visited. Pick up & drop off schedule are both on time.
Frank Jia is a very experienced tour guide. Our tour is arranged in a van about 12 people, so it is less crowded. His car was spotless and offered us water. The 5 hours of the drive is very comfortable in his car. Everything he explained in.. English and Chinese clearly, that made my parents who don't speak English much enjoyed the tour!
He is good at the timing arrangement for the Upper Antelope Canyon so that we caught the sunlight time during our whole 1 hr in the canyon. His trip has a plus that, includes a food plaza which has many restaurant options. In the backway, he arranged a stop at a supermarket, that let us can do some shopping for other needs.
Also, we lost our coat on his van, and we contacted him. He found it when he cleaned his van and delivered to us another day on his off-work day! Many thanks for having our coat back again! We like to pick Frank again if we had friends go there!Read full review
This trip to some of America's most iconic parks and landscapes was simply fantastic. Within a week we visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon, as well as other places not to mention such as the must-stop at the fam..ous Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon or lunch in a picturesque Route 66 location. The trip is very well organized. The guides are highly motivated and helpful and I didn't feel that some time was wasted. However, this also means that the trip can be hard, especially for those who choose to camp. Every day you have to get up early, set up and take down the tent, walk 2h to 4h in the parks, and there are many hours on the road. For those who like hiking and used to camping this will not be a problem and it is even fun, but is the warning for the more sedentary. There is also the option of staying in hotels and choosing the easiest walks in the parks. In terms of price, quantity and quality, I highly recommend this trip.Read full review
