The charge to get in for the Navajo Parks & Recreation (NPR) permit fee was $8.00/person (Cash only). This is what was outlined in your email confirmation. When we got there the person at the check in desk charged me 10 dollars per person? ..When I questioned it he just pointed to a piece of paper on his desk saying 10 dollars. I didn’t want to argue as we had just drove three hours to get there and didn’t want to risk being refused. I just think it was shady and I will not be using your service again and will not refer you againRead full review
The experience of the tour was good but in the ticket was not written the address of the meeting point but just "upper antelope tour" so we went directly to the park entrance and we risk to miss the tour. In addition when we booked the tour.. we did it for 1.30pm and after paying they said that there was no more space for that timing tour... Not very professionalRead full review

Though the canyon is beautiful I did not like our guide who was just not patient and kept rushing us without allowing us to take pictures or even enjoy the canyon. There needs to be a better management plan.

The tour guide was excellent and he was very nice. He took us to different place that has better view as our tour was in the morning and some of spots were too dark.
